摘    要:研究了基于ATmega128单片机的压力控制器实现对压配过程中回路液压压力的监测,绘制出压配过程的压力变化曲线,从而实现对产品质量的监控.实践证明:该液压压力控制器对降低次品率、节约生产成本有重要意义.

Abstract:The research is based on ATmega128 microcontroller pressure controller to realize the process of voltage distribution circuit hydraulic pressure monitoring,mapping out the process of voltage distribution curve of pressure change in order to achieve the monitoring of product quality. The practice proved that the hydraulic pressure controller are meaningful to reduce defect rates and reduce production cost.
