摘    要:研究了灰色理论及均匀设计在有机合成中的应用.灰色相关度分析用来考察影响合成产率的各种因素并发现主要因素和剔除次要因素.均匀设计用来对三因素七水平的合成实验进行安排,以较少的实验次数获得较多水平的实验信息.结果表明灰色理论和均匀设计作为新兴的合成计量学的有效方法和技术对考虑影响因素和优化合成实验条件是很有效的.

Abstract:Grey theory and uniform design are investigated to be novel techniques for organic synthesis.The grey relational degree analysis is made on preparation of ferulic acid in order to find some important factors which may affect the synthetic yields.The synthetic procedures were performed by arranging 3 factors with 7 levels using Table U 7(7 3) in terms of uniform experimental design. The results show that grey theory and uniform design are instrumental and useful as the novel powerful synthometric technique and method to examine the affecting factors and to optimize the experimental conditions for organic synthesis.
