| 摘 要： | 采用问卷方法，对三所民族院校的960名少数民族女大学生大学时期开设形体课必要性进行了调查与分析，结果表明：形体课符合女大学生生理、心理需求，能增强自身体质，塑人体美，使之内外美达到完美统一．所以，民族院校开设形体课势在必行.
