| Abstract: | The principle that the distribution of poles and zeroes of a transfer function can be changed by state-feedback and state-output for a network is used to realize a new active filter with a passive RC ladder network as the correction network. All the states of the correction network should be found before a compensator is designed. In the new active filter, on integrator is required and the filter is of low sensitivity and simple structure. The currently widely used method for realizing an active filter is compared with the method proposed. Actual examples are given. |
