54例肿胀法吸脂术的临床观察

目的：观察肿胀吸脂54例的临床效果及并发症。方法：局部注射肿胀液、负压抽吸皮下脂肪，记录抽吸量、缩小围度并随访3mo。结果：脂肪抽吸量约占抽吸物总量的45％；2w内出现瘀斑、会阴水肿、硬结等并发症(分别占总例数的22．2％、11．1％、7．4％)。术后3w腹围、腰围、臀围平均缩小8cm、6cm、5cm，无任何并发症。结论：肿胀法吸指术效果确切，安全实用。

Fifty - four Cases Clinical Observation of the Tumescent Liposuction

Objective:To investigate the effects and complication of tumescent li posuction.Methods:To inject tumescent liquid hypodermically,take liposuction und er negative pressure,record the total measure,shrinking perimeter,and follow up 3 months.Results:The fats accounted for 45 percent of the total measure;the comp lications were ecchymosis,perineal oedema,scleroma,their occurrence rates were 2 2 2%?11 1% and 7 4%respectively.The mean circumference of abdominal,waist and buttock shrank orderly 8,6 and 5 centimeters after 3-month follow-ups.Con clusions:The tumescent liposuction was a safe method with satisfactory appearanc e remodeling.
