摘    要:利用VB及ANSYS的APDL语言,设计开发了通用曲轴有限元模型自动生成系统,总结归类了曲轴的结构特征,实现了曲轴结构尺寸、材料性能和载荷条件的参数化处理。开发了友好、方便、易用的人机交互界面,对ANSYS命令流进行后台封装。系统应用表明,能够减少曲轴研究与设计的工作量,提高曲轴设计的效率和质量。

Abstract:A general automatic modeling system of crankshaft is developed by using Visual Basic and APDL language of ANSYS software. Based on the summarizing and classification of crankshaft structural characteristics,parametrization is achieved in crankshaft structural dimension,material properties and loading situations. A friendly,convenient and flexible man-machine conversation interface is developed by Visual Basic foreground,and the complicated and indigestible ANSYS command stream is encapsulated in background. The engineering application of this system shows that this system can greatly reduce the amount of research and design work about crankshaft and enhance the efficiency of crankshaft design and the quality of crankshaft product.
