| 摘 要： | 大学体育的教学已真正由"应试教育"转向全面提高学生素质的新轨道。彻底摒弃了以前我国基础教育课程那种传统的教学模式,更加强调课程的基础性、实践性和综合性特征,体现课程的整体健康观和育人功能;而尝试教学法在体育教学中的运用,真正体现了以人为本,以学生为中心,让学生在尝试中体会到学习的兴趣,感觉到进步的喜悦。
