镍铁结合剂电沉积金刚石套料钻的性能研究

摘    要:研制了适用于SiO2先进工程陶瓷加工的新型电沉积金刚石套料钻,其结合剂为镍铁合金。介绍了该钻头的沉积工艺参数和基本特性。通过对钻头寿命、加工效率和质量的实验研究,对钻头的切削性能进行了评价。结果表明,所研制的套料钻比镍钴结合剂钻头具有更高的切削效率和耐磨性能。该钻头同样适用于其它硬脆性材料的加工。

Abstract:A new type of electro deposited diamond core drill is developed with Ni Fe alloy bond for the purpose of machining the fine ceramic of SiO 2. The depositing process and the characterization of the core drill are introduced. Experiments are carried out on the cutting performance of the drill by means of evaluating the tool life, the cutting efficiency and the cutting quality. The results show the drill with the nickel iron alloy bond to have higher cutting efficiency and wear resistance than those with nickel or nickel cobalt bond. The drill developed is suitable to the machining of other hard brittle materials.
