摘    要:提出了一种采用模糊控制的井下供电电源设计方案:井下涡轮发电机作为供电电源,经过输入整流滤波后,进入移相全桥拓扑电路进行稳压控制.稳压控制模块采用高速数字信号处理器TMS320F2809作为主控制单元,控制方法上使用模糊PID控制算法,最终实现输出稳定的直流电压.对研制完成的井下供电电源控制系统进行实验测试,实验结果显示,控制系统实现了稳定的直流电压输出和较好的动态性能.

Abstract:A novel downhole power supply control system was proposed which employs fuzzy PID control strategy.The control system was powered by a downhole turbine generator to generate AC voltage.The output of the turbine generator was processed through a full wave bridge rectifier and filter,and was then input to the phase-shifted full-bridge PWM controller.A digital signal processor TMS320F2809 was used as the main control unit of the regulator control module.To verify the effectiveness of this system,a fuzzy proportion integration differentiation(F-PID) controller was used to control the phase-shifted full-bridge switching power supply,and the results show that the controller can ensure the stability of power supply.
