| 摘 要： | 凡技击均尚劲不尚力,太极拳更强调丝毫不用拙力,而着重用内劲．内劲是通过盘架子和练习推手而得来的．力与劲不可截然化分,但有区别正确用劲为太极技击的关键。

| Abstract: | This paper studies key that use strength of battle Jai-Ji. Battle main is strenght and cannot use power. Tai-Ji quan stree inside skill and don't use clumsy power, Pass practise one's skill and push hand obtain inside skill. There isn't much difference between power and strength, but the two matters have contact. |
