逻辑代数在PLC控制系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了1种用双PLC备份实现某化工厂工艺电器控制系统硬件电路设计方法.根据继电器常用的工作方式,探讨了继电器的逻辑关系表达式,将逻辑代数这一数学工具引用到继电器控制和PLC梯形图设计中能够快捷、准确地实现控制系统原理图.对于复杂的二次原理图还可以采用分块设计然后再组合,大大地提高了工作效率,实践证明,该方法简单、快捷,并且具有灵活性.

Abstract:The design of a hardware used in a control system is introduced. That can be used in a chemical plant with a double-PLC backup. According to the working mode of relay, the formula of its logical relation is explored;logical algebra is applied to the control of the relay and PLC ladder design. With this method, the schematics of the control system could be achieved quickly and accurately. Complex schematics could be blocked first and then assembled, thus greatly enhancing the work efficiency.
