对推铅球技术程序教学与时空认知相结合的教法研究

作者首次提出田径技术程序教学与时认知相结合的教学法，并在９１级４个男生班的铅球技术课中进行了对比实验，通过教授们的录像评分与ｔ检验，证明此教法对开发学生智力，提高理论，技术水平与运动成绩，培养学生“三会”和两个能力等方面具有非常良好的效果，并能缩短教学时数，颇有推广意义。

Auther first offered the teaching methods of program instruction of the track and field technique in combination with the cognition to time st space.He made the comparison experiment study between the new teaching methods and the general teaching methods in the shot putting teaching on the 4 male's classes in 91 grade.Through professores video score and t test, the facts have proved that it is able to develop students'intelligence,inprove their theory and technical level and sports results, traintheir ability to do speak, practice and teaching, analysed and solvan question, and it decreases the teaching time. Therefore the new teaching methods is of momentous popularize significance.
