| 摘 要： | 提出切屑存在着三维卷曲,即上卷、侧卷和扭卷,并提出了一种新的描述三维切屑形态的数学方法和分析复杂前刀面(断屑槽)的几何形状对切屑形态影响的方法,最后通过试验进行了验证.

| Abstract: | It is the authors' view that, during metal cutting, the chip would have upward, lateral and twisty curl. A new mathematical method is presented to describe such a three dimensioal chip curl. The influence of the force applied between the chip and breaker on the chip form has been investigated. Based on experiments, a new understanding of the influence is proposed , that is, the moment applied on the chip by the breaker in a certain direction will cause the chip to curl in the same direction. |
