| 摘 要： | 创新是企业实现可持续发展的根本动力。影响企业创新的因素来自企业层面和环境层面。文章从制度经济学视角出发，着重分析了影响企业创新的路径依赖问题、委托代理问题、产权制度、社会资源配置、社会文化等因素，并在此基础上提出了加快企业创新的制度安排。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the motive force for enterprise's continuous development. The factors influencing enterprise's innovation comes from enterprise level and environment level. Starting from the angle of institution economics, this paper analyses the problems of route-dependence, entrustment-agent, allocation of social resources, property right, social culture, etc. and put forward the institutional arrangement of promoting enterprise innovation. |
