摘    要:全面推进素质教育的重仡已神圣地落在我们的肩上,我们只有完成重塑自我的悄跃,才能适应新世纪素质教育的要求。为此,我们要努力做到:一、确立主体意识、效能意识、效率意识和生命意识;二、在素质教育认识和实践的层面上处理好面向全体和关注差异的关系、全面发展与个性发展的关系、生动活泼发展与严格要求的关系、打好基础与创新能力的关系、开发潜能与可持续发展的关系;三、要在教师角色定位、教师的人格力量、教师的教师教学创造能力等方面积极迎接素质教育对教师素质的新挑战。

Abstract:The important task of pushing on quality education has been up to us. To suit the needs of quality education in the new century,we have to complete the leap of remolding self. Therefore,we will strive to do the following:first,to ascertain subjectivity concept,efficacy concept,efficiency concept and life concept;secord,to deal with the relationship between facing the whole and concerning the difference,all round development and individual characters development in the cognition and the practice of quality education;Third,to meet the challenge to teachers quality by orientating teachers' role,strengthening teachers personality power,and fostering teachers' innovative spirit and practical abilities in teaching,etc.
