多种药用植物抑菌效果研究

摘    要:采用L8(2)^7正交实验设计和含药培养基实验方法,测定了多种药用植物及不同复方对4种植物痛原菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),结果表明,不同植物提取液对四株植物病原菌的MIC各不相同,复方药物的最佳组方为:雷公藤5g、蛇床子10g、大黄5g、苦参10g、马齿苋10g、黄柏10g、黄芩10g.最佳复方药物对4种植物病原菌的MIC分别为:黄瓜黑斑病菌3.2%,青椒枯萎病菌5.0%,黄瓜枯萎病菌4.4%,禾谷类作物病菌3.0%.

Abstract:The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of some medicinal plants for pathogenic bacteria in plants,including Cnidium monnieri,Sophora flavescens,Portulaca,oleracea,Phellodendron chinense,Rheum palmatum,Triptergium uilfirdii,Quisqualis indica,Datura metel,Toona sinensis,Melia azedarach,Pogostemon cablim and Scutellaria baicalensis,for Alterharia alternate,Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium oxyporum and Fusarium culmorum were studied by using L_8(2)~7 orthogonal table.The result indicated that the MICs were different for different pathogenic bacteria,and the optimal combination compound medicinal plants was made up of C.monnieri 10 g,S.flavescens 10 g,P.oleracea 10 g,Ph.Chinense 10 g,R.bail 5 g and S.baicalensis 10 g.Moreover,the MIC of the optimal combination compound medicinal plants was for A.alternate 3.2 %,F.oxysporum 5.0 %,F.oxysporum 4.4 % and F.culmorum 3.0 %,respectively.
