涡轮钻井技术发展现状

摘    要:本文概括了涡轮钻具和涡轮钻井技术的当代成就和发展前景。石油与天然气钻井正由陆地浅层向深层位及近海区发展,定向井、丛式井钻井日益普遍。在开发应用新技术方面,耐高转速、长寿命的PDC钻头和传递高质量信息的随钻随测技术日益普及。所有这些都为发展高速大功率井下动力涡轮钻井和连续控制井眼轨迹定向钻井技术提供了必要性和可能性。目前,涡轮/PDC钻井经济效益显著。“可控直井涡轮钻具井下控制造斜”为连续控制井眼轨迹定向钻井提供了理想的方法,不仅大大增加了定向钻井速度,降低了每米钻井成本,而且为优化钻井和实现钻井作业自动化创造了良好的条件。

Abstract:This paper outlines the recent achievements of turbodrill and turhodrilling technique and takes a look at the future. Drilling for oil and gas is predominantly carried out in shallow land formations, but in the future it will be changed. Directional drilling and cluster drilling will be popularized with developing deepwell drilling and offshore drilling. Especially, the PDC bit with high speed and long life and the MWD technique with high quality information are getting popular in drilling. All these provide a necessity and possibility for development of downhole-motor turbodrilling with high speed and big power, and directional drilling with continuous well course controlling technique. Today, significant cost-effectiveness has been obtained in turbine/ PDC bit drilling. "Dowahole control of deviation with steerable straight-hole turbodrill" has provided an idea'l method for continuous well course control for, directional drilling, which results in ROP increase, and cost reduction, and further makes drilling performance optimized and well drilling process automa-tion possible. )
