故障转子振幅突变机理及其预测

摘    要:转子故障激励振动状态突变是一种典型的非线性动力学行为,可能导致机械突发性故障。基于线性振动理论的机械故障诊断方法对此不能作出定性或定量的描述、诊断和预测。本文基于非线性振动理论,用尖点突变模型描述这一故障现象,导出了转子在故障激励下振动幅值出现突变的条件,并在此基础上提出一种定量预测的技术方案。图2,参7。

Abstract:The catastrophe of vibration amplitude of a fault-excited rotor is a typical noulinear dynamic phenomenon, which may results inan abrupt breakdown of a mechanical system. It can't be described, diagnosed and predicted with the mechanical fault diagnosis and prediction method based on linear vibration theory, On the basis of nonlinear vibration theory and catastrophic manifold and its bifurcation set,and a technical scheme to predict its emergence is developed in this paper. 2figs.,7refs.
