摘    要:介绍虚拟冲压线系统的总体结构、开发流程及其实例。该系统包括工序件的有限元分析、端拾器的虚拟装配设计、运动仿真、系统维护和项目管理等模块。首先对工序件进行有限元分析,给出端拾器夹持位置优化计算的流程图;端拾器的虚拟装配设计是基于Client/Server架构,采用VB6.0对CATIA进行二次开发,通过ADO访问数据库Oracle 9i来进行的;运动仿真主要在CATIAV5的DMU工作平台下完成;系统维护和项目管理是基于Browser/Server的系统的管理功能模块。

Abstract:The architecture and development procedure of the virtual stamping production line system were described.The system included five modules which were the finite element analysis of workpiece,virtual assembly design of Tooling, kinematic simulation and project management.ANSYS software was used to analyze workpieces,and the flow chart of optimal algorithm for confirming the Tooling handling positions was created.The module of virtual assembly design of Tooling was developed based on client/server framework.Moreover,the further development based on CATIA V5 was performed by using VisualBasic.NET,as well as using ADO.NET to access Oracle 9i stored procedures.The kinematic simulation was implemented under the DMU module of CATIA V5.The system maintenance module and project management module were developed based on browser/server framework.A corresponding example was given to verify the feasibility of the system.
