摘    要:本文用Green函数方法研究了不同类型的杂质对简立方晶体(SCC)(100)面顶位、桥位和心位化学吸附的影响。并讨论了分裂态的产生与吸附位置。杂质(△ε)以及吸附原子和衬底之间的相互作用势(v)之间的关系。

Abstract:The impurity effects on chemisorption for different binding s-ites(atop, bridge and centered)are investigated using the Green's function method and the LCAO Scheme. For each binding case, the change in density of states △P. and the chemisorption energy △w are calculated as functions of energies and the impurity parameters (△ε). Comparison between the three binding cases is made, and a qualitative understanding of the impurity effects on the chemiso-rPtion for the different binding sites is obtained.
