| 摘 要： | 天然物的超临界CO2流体萃取是超临界流体技术了活跃的领域，在过去的几十年里，在天然物特别是植物精油的超临界CO2流体萃取的实验方法，数学模型和过程怕研究取得了不少研究成果，而有关这方面的综述和未见报道，本文拟就近年来天然物的超临界CO2流体萃取的这些方面的最新研究进展作一综述，主要介绍该技术的实验方法，相关的分析手段，溶解度和相平衡关联方程，数学模型和过程模拟的最新研究成果。

| Abstract: | During the past decades,great acievements have been gained in the experimental methods,mathematical models and processing simulation of supercritcal CO 2 fluid extraction of natural products,especially the products of essential oils,from floral materials.The supercritical CO 2 fluid extvaction is one of the most active fields in the supercritical fluid technology.This paper introduces a comprehensive overview of the latest development in the above aspects in recent years,which has not been reported at present.Besides,the advanced SFE tchnology and its applications in the estraction of essential oils from the floral materials are discussed in detail. |
