| 摘 要： | 在2201型表面粗糙度检查仪原有的电子设备基础上，提出从软、硬件两方面对表面粗糙度检查仪进行微机化改造，硬件电路主要以PIC16F877单片机为核心，可以完成仪器启动、数据采集和与微机串行连接，测量软件由4个模块组成，简要地描述了各个模块的功能，改造后的检查仪在实际应用中性能明显提高，证明该改造的实用性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | Based on original electronic equipment of surface roughness measuring instrument Model 2201,the instrument is computerized from both software and hardware.The hardware uses the singlechip PIC16F877, which can switch on an instrument , collect roughness data and communicate with a computer. The software consists of four modules, whose functions are described. The capabilities of the instrument reconstructed are improved greatly in the practical applications. |
