| Abstract: | Among the "Four Small Dragons" in Asia, South Korea is suffering most from theacute financial crisis. The main reaons can be summurized as follows: the enterprises behave abnormally,the commercial banks do not have the right to make their own policy decisions; the country lacks foreignexchange aserve. And above all, it is driuse the govemment does not perform properly. |
