摘    要:固定化微生物技术是通过采用化学或物理的手段将游离细胞或酶定位于限定的空间区域内,使其保持活性并可反复利用的一种基本技术。具有处理效率高、稳定性强、耐负荷、产污泥量少等优点。本文对固定化微生物技术、微生物的固定化方法、固定化载体及固定化技术在废水处理中的应用及研究进展状况进行了综述,并对其以后的发展作了探讨。

Abstract:The immobilized microorganism is a technology which made the free cells and enzyme located in the limited space to maintain the activity and can be used repeated by chemical or physical means. Immobility microorganism has a lot of advantages, such as high efficiency, strong stability,less sludge amount and strong resistance load. Immobility microorganism techniques, methods of microorganism immobility, immobility carrier, the microorganism immobilized application and study status of immobilized microorganism technique in wastewater treatment were introduced in this paper, their development in the future were also discussed.
