| 摘 要： | 实施"农家书屋"工程体现了中央关于转变政府职能,建设服务型政府的要求,体现了情为民所系、权为民所用,利为民所谋的宗旨。所以各级政府应象搞经济工作一样实实在在地抓好"农家书屋"建设,认真落实有关政策措施,建好、管好、用好"农家书屋"。
