| 摘 要： | 大学生科研创新素质的培养,是高等教育人才培养的必然要求。新建地方本科院校由于存在诸多历史遗留因素及需顺应市场经济体制下对高校办学的要求,在培养大学生科研创新素质方面需根据学校自身特点进行多方面综合分析,寻找适宜的措施。对新建地方本科院校在大学生科研创新素质培养方面所面临的现状问题进行剖析,提出建议和对策,为同类新建地方本科院校在学生科研创新素质的培养方面提供参考。
