| 摘 要： | 目的:为积极响应卫生部提出的《2010年"优质护理服务示范工程"活动方案》的开展实施。方法:根据我院骨科的情况,有步骤,有特点地在科内开展优质护理服务,改进现有的工作方法。结果:护理质量和内涵提高,使病人对护理服务满意,同时让群众满意,社会满意。结论:通过实施优质护理活动,能有效地提升护理人员的综合能力和医院的整体管理水平。
