| 摘 要： | 利用紫外线、亚硝酸及紫外线一亚硝酸复合诱变绿色木霉菌株，选育出菌落小、透明纤维素水解圈大的高产纤维素酶变异菌株．用DNS法测定该变异菌株．结果表明，其纤维素酶活性比出发菌株明显提高．且产酶性能稳定。

| Abstract: | A strain which highly produced cellulase was screened by physical and chemical factors of mutation and complicated methods.The strain that has the properties of white small colony and the transparent circle was selected.Which activity for DNS are obviously higher than those of the original strain.It also has stable cellulase-producting ability. |
