河南高校体育专业学生挫折心理的主要表现及成因

利用查找文献资料、问卷调查等方法，分析河南省高校体育专业学生挫折心理的表现及成因．结果发现：在学习方面主要表现为学习动力不足、缺少学习兴趣、学习方式不适应；在就业方面表现为焦虑、急躁、抑郁；在恋爱方面表现为过分投入、道德淡化；在生活方面表现为生活的随意性、盲目性和从众性；在社会交往方面表现为社会适应能力差、社会交往能力差．其原因主要来自经济压力、就业压力、家庭环境、学校教育和个体因素等方面．建议加强大学生抗挫折教育．

Research on Henan University Sports Students/Main Performance and Causes in the Psychological Frustration

This paper analyzes Henan university sports students＇behavior and causes in psychological frustration by use of literature and questionnaires, in order to improve their ability of frustration. The results show that the main forms of learning frustration are lack of interest and motivation in study and not adapting to the learning style; the employment frustration lies in anxiety, impatience and de- pression; love frustration lies in too much immersion in love and moral desalination; life frustration lies in living at will, blindness, conformity; social contact frustration lies in lack of adapting, communicating. The main reasons are economic pressure, employment pressure, family, education and individual factors. The advice is to enhance frustration education in students.
