河南县域经济快速发展途径分析

河南是农业大省，县域经济在全省国民经济和社会发展中扮演着十分重要的角色。改革开放以来，河南县域经济综合实力显著增强，工业化迅速推进，农业产业化水平有较大提高，城镇化建设取得积极进展，显现出鲜明的发展特色。但是，与发达省份相比，河南县域经济整体实力仍偏弱，而且从地域上看，发展不平衡，第三产业增长幅度不大，农业产业化进程较慢，城镇化水平偏低。对此，应进一步解放思想，更新观念，加快改革。要坚持可持续发展，营造良好发展环境；扩大县（市）经济社会管理权限，激发县域经济发展活力；科学布局，创新农业产业化经营组织形式，提高农业现代化水平；突出重点，以点带面，加快城镇化建设步伐；发挥优势，创建特色，打造精品产业集群。只有这样，才能促进河南县域经济快速发展。

This article puts forward five ways to quicken the development of Henan county economy. They are emancipating the mind, changing the idea, building the good development environment; reforming positively, carrying forward strongly, stimulating the vitality of county economy; managing the layout well, relying on the carriers, raising the level of agricultural modernization; projecting the key points, starting from point to surface, accelerating the construction of urbanization; giving play to advantage, creating characteristics, making top product industry cluster.
