科技期刊综合评价指标体系及应用

摘    要:对我国科技期刊综合评价指标体系进行了研究 .分析讨论了影响科技期刊质量的主要因素 ,在征询了国家科技部与期刊界专业人士的意见和建议基础上 ,引入科学计量学指标并建立了新的科技期刊综合评价的指标体系 .运用层次分析法对科技期刊评价问题进行讨论 ,利用两两比较思想求出各评价因素指标的权重 ,以便进行综合评价 ,并对科技期刊评价进行了试算 .试图对正在探索中的科技期刊评价起到一种借鉴作用

Abstract:Studied several points of Comprehensive Indices System of Chinese Sci tech Journals Appraising Factors. It advanced not only some principles of evaluating study, but also analyzed the major factors that affect the journal's quality. Based on consultations of journal specialists, it introduced scientific metric indices as the appraising factors and established a new indices system. Employing sets of pair comparison and judging the intensity of the importance of one thing over the other, the paper discussed Comprehensive Appraisement on Chinese Sci tech Journals(CACSJ) from the angel of Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). Then it synthesized all the judgements to obtain these elements' overall priorities by using the framework given by the hierarchy and proceeded the comprehensive evaluation work. In order to make the evaluation manipulative, it evaluated sci tech journals experimentally by using simulating data. The CACSJ is an exploring realm of research, the study in this paper is fundamental, only aiming at casting a brick to attract jade in this field.
