| 摘 要： | 近年厦门市的建设项目的环境保护管理工作取得了一定的成绩,但在实践中仍有一些问题亟待解决。建议从完善环保执法机制、明确法律责任、加强生态保护、扩大公众参与的范围等方面入手,推动厦门市建设项目的环境保护管理工作上升到新的台阶。
