Abstract:The application of Thiobacillus is an important part of biological technique. The study of Thiobacillus inoculation, culture and its application to biohydrometallurgy of copper pyrite and lead glance is introduced in this paper. The experiments showed that sodium carbonate could be used as strong carbon source to transform mine sample into sulphate solution even under the inconstant temperature conditions; to determine the transformation with coordination tirate fast and easily.
