引信球转子机构动力学仿真

摘    要:引信球转子机构是旋转弹药引信的典型机构之一,除用于隔爆之外,还可实现延期解除保险。应用欧拉刚体动力学理论,建立了球心、质心及弹丸旋转轴均不重合时球转子解除保险运动过程的微分方程组,在给出了求解该方程组初始条件的基础上对某引信球转子机构解除保险过程进行了仿真。所得仿真结果与工程实践的结果是一致的。

Dynamics Simulation for Fuze Rotor Device

Abstract:The fuze ball rotor is one of typical devices in the fuze for rotating projectile. Fuze ball rotor device not only can ensure detonator safety,but also is one of delay arming devices.The Euler dynamics theory was applied to establish the coupled differential equations of the motion of ball rotor whose mass center did not coincide with its geometric center and had an offset from spin axis of the projectile.On the basis of initial condition to solve the ball rotor movement differential equation,the arming process of one type of fuze ball rotor device was simulated.The result suggests that it is coincident with the result of engineering practice.
