| 摘 要： | 中国传统法律文化有着浓厚的公法化特点,传统公法文化今天仍然根深蒂固地存在着并对当前正在进行的社会主义法制建设起了巨大的阻碍作用。要实现"依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家"的宏伟蓝图,必须完成对传统公法文化的现代改造。

| Abstract: | The Chinese traditional law culture has a strong feature of public law. The traditional public law culture exists firmly today and has a tremendous hinder to the construction of socialist legal system which is now going on in our country. In order to reach the great target of"ruling the country by law, constructing the socialist legal country", we should finish the morden transformation of our traditional public law. |
