柴油机变截面涡轮与供油正时二维电子控制研究

摘    要:本文首次进行了可变几何涡轮增压器和供油正时调节器二维联合控制以改善柴油机最大扭矩、加速性能及排放的研究。对上海柴油机厂D6114ZQ柴油机的涡轮增压器和供油系统作了改造,研制了以8031单片微机为核心的采集器和在线控制器,开发了以286微机为核心的集散式试验控制系统,其软件采用了WINDOWS结构,通过理论分析和计算机模拟计算,制定了控制策略。

Abstract:A study of two-dimensional electronic control on a diesel engine by variable geometry turbocharger (V. G. T.) and fuel injection timing (F. I. T.) to improve maximum torque, acceleration ability and emissions has been carried out. The engine was modified on its turbine and fuel injection system, and unique V. G. T. and F. I. T. were developed. An acquisition system and an on-line con- troller, based on microprocessor 8031 separately, were developed. A universal integrated distributed system for engine tests, characterized by Microsoft WIN- DOWS structure in the application software of its supervisory computer, was originated. Control strategy was obtained through theoretical analysis and com- purer simulation.
