N、P肥对红壤酶活性和呼吸强度的影响——以江西上饶地区土壤为例

摘    要:室内模拟田间试验条件,研究了N、P肥对红壤呼吸强度和酶活性的影响。结果表明,施N肥脲酶、酸性磷酸酶,脱氢酶活性下降;施P肥脲酶、脱氢酶活性下降,酸性磷酸酶活性轻微上升;N、P肥对过氧化氢酶的活性影响很小。施肥引起了土壤呼吸强度的变化。鉴于取土田块施肥以无机肥为主,采用有机、无机肥配施,将更有利于土壤生态环境向良性方向发展。

Abstract:Indoor experiment simulated field condition,the effect of N and P fertilizers on enzyme activities and respiration rate in red soil were studied.The results shown,N fertilizer resulted in the decrease of urease,acid phosphatase and dehydrogenase activity.P fertilizer caused the decrease of urease activity and dehydrogenase activity,and acid phosphatase activity slightly increased.Catalase activity was unaffected by N and P fertilizer.Using Fertilizer induced the change of respiratory intensity.Because mineral fertilizer was primary fertilizer in tested field,mineral fertilizer and organic fertilizer cooperated which would be benificial to soil ecological environment.
