我国温室气体排放的区域现状研究

如何应对气候变化是我国各级决策部门目前正在思考解决的问题。依据现实数据对我国温室气体排放的区域特征有个具体明确的认识。通过搜集我国能源及其它统计数据,参考IPCC提供的温室气体排放量报告方法,对2009年我国30个省份温室气体排放量的数据进行收集和测算,从区域的角度对排放总量、人均排放量、排放强度等指标进行分析。研究发现我国东中西部二氧化碳排放差异明显,规律明显。

Study on the Regional Status of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in China

How to deal with climate change is currently being addressed by all levels of decision-making sectors and it needs to be supported by scientific research.The aim of this article is to have a clear understanding of regions that may be influenced by greenhouse gas emissions based on real data.Through the collection of energy and other statistical data,method provided by IPCC report of greenhouse gas emissions,the study collects and calculates data of greenhouse gas emissions on 30 provinces in 2009,analyzing total discharge amount,discharge amount per capita and discharge intensity from the perspective of industries and regions.The study found there＇s a significant difference among three regions on carbon dioxide emissions： total discharge amount is very large,discharge amount per capita is high and discharge intensity is low in eastern regions;on the other hand,the characteristics of the Midwest with it are the opposite.
