萝卜水溶性多糖的提取工艺研究

摘    要:探讨以萝卜为原料提取水溶性多糖的最佳工艺条件,实验结果表明:萝卜水溶性多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:12,提取时间4h,提取3次,温度为90℃,此条件下多糖得率为1.477%.

Abstract:The optimum conditions of water soluble polysaccharides from Radish were studied in this paper. The results show that the optimum technological conditions are as follows: solid -liquid ratio 1: 12, time 4 h, 3 rimes of extraction and temperature 90 ℃. The extraction yield can be up to 1. 477%.
