光子晶体反射特性的仿真及应用

摘    要:光子晶体在光学器件集成和小型化中起着重要的作用,但对光子晶体光学特性的研究还主要在理论阶段。光学仿真是光子晶体理论阶段研究最常用的方法。文章对一维光子晶体进行了建模,对部分特性进行了仿真。并尝试将其应用于光通信系统,对光通信系统作出改进以适用于现代光通信中对系统小型化和集成化的要求。

Abstract:Photonic crystals play an important role in intergration and miniaturization of optical devices,but the study on optical properties of photonic crystal is still mainly in theory.The study is usuallly carried out with the aid of optical software simulation.The simulation of photonic crystal model and its properties based on the optical design method and simulation software is discussed in this paper.We attempt to apply Photonic crystals in the optical communication system,and the improved optical communication system is adopted to meet the requirement of miniaturization and intergration.
