| Abstract: | Experimental teaching of Labor and Social Security Law has a significant meaning in accelerating the cultivation of innovative talents and speeding the professional education adapting to social demand .The basic mode of Labor and Social Security Law experiment teaching includes the labor contract experiment, imitation of collective bargaining, imitation of labor dispute negotiation ,mediation, arbitration and legal proceeding. Experiment teaching, will bring the huge change to educational ideas and the management mechanism. |
