摘    要:劳动与社会保障法实验教学对加速创新型人才的培养以及促使专业教育与社会需求接轨,都具有深远意义.劳动与社会保障法实验教学基本模式有:劳动合同实验、模拟集体谈判、模拟劳动争议协商、调解、仲裁、诉讼以及劳动法律咨询等.实验教学将给教育教学理念和管理体制机制带来重大转变.

Abstract:Experimental teaching of Labor and Social Security Law has a significant meaning in accelerating the cultivation of innovative talents and speeding the professional education adapting to social demand .The basic mode of Labor and Social Security Law experiment teaching includes the labor contract experiment, imitation of collective bargaining, imitation of labor dispute negotiation ,mediation, arbitration and legal proceeding. Experiment teaching, will bring the huge change to educational ideas and the management mechanism.
