盐渍下光照和黑暗对小麦幼苗脯氨酸和蔗糖积累的影响

摘    要:本文研究盐渍下植物体内有机物变化规律。试验结果表明,随着外部NaCl浓度的增加,小麦幼苗地上部脯氨酸迅速积累,而根部积累很少。在300mMNaCl溶液中,随着培养时间的延长,光照和黑暗中小麦幼苗地上部的脯氨酸含量均不断增加,48小时后,光照的幼苗积累较多的脯氨酸,而在暗中的积累较少。去胚乳的小麦幼苗,培养前期,光照和黑暗均积累脯氨酸,72小时后,不再积累,96小时后,很快下降。小志幼苗蔗糖的含量随外部NaCl浓度的增加而提高。在300mM NaCl营养液中,随着培养时间的延长,体内蔗糖含量逐渐降低,但在NaCl营养液的,其含量降低的速度比无盐营养液的缓慢。

UNDER SALINITY THE EFFECT OF LIGHT AND DARK ON PROLINE AND SUCROSE ACCUMULATION OF WHEAT SEEDLINGS

Abstract:Accumulation of proline had becn reported in various plants under salt stress. The content of proline in shoots and roots of wheat seedlings and the effect of light and dark on proline and sucrose aceuruulation in shoots are reported in this paper. The paquin method was used to assay the content of proline. The proline content of shoots was higher than that of the roots and increased with an increase of the concentration of NaC1 solution. Only trace proline was found in roots, proline of shoots both in light and dark were increased with the culture period. The content of proline was higher in the shoots grown in the light than those grown in the dark, In the shoots endosperm was excised after germinaton, the proline was accumnlated within 72 hours, but after 72 hours, proline did not accuruulate. Absoluted quantity was higher in shoots grown under light than those grown in the dark. The sucrose accumulation of seedlings was increased with an increase of the concentration of NaCl solution. In the 300 mM NaCl solution, the sucrose content decreased with the culture period, but was still higher than that of the control.
