| 摘 要： | 首先分析了流域生态补偿的现状并提出了联合投资的思路,然后构建了基于联合投资的流域生态补偿模式,确定了流域生态补偿中联合投资主体的出资额,并对联合投资主体的基本投资行为和最优投资决策行为进行了深入的分析,从投资前决策和投资后决策两个角度得到了基于联合投资主体投资经验水平的相关结论.

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the current situation of basin ecological compensation,this paper proposes the idea of "joint investment" and builds a joint investment-based basin ecological compensation model,which gives the capital amount of ecological compensation for the joint investment.A detailed analysis is made of the main fundamental investment behavior and optimal decision-making behavior of joint investment in the ecological compensation.It reaches a conclusion related to the level of investment experience based on the joint investment from the perspectives of decision-making before and after the investment. |
