城乡小学教师素质的比较研究

采用心理测验和调查法研究了城乡 165名小学教师。发现城乡小学教师在教学动机、教学效能感、求知探索精神方面处于较好水平;城市教师教学能力优于农村教师;教学目标中知识目标占主要地位,城乡差异不显著;学生观水平总体较差。

Comparing the qnalities between the urban and rural primary- school teachers

The author of this paper has studied 165 primary - school teachers in different cities and countrysides by adopting psychometry and questionnaires, finding that they are on a good level in teaching motives, teaching efficacy, and the seeking spirits. The teaching abilities of urban teachers are better than those of the rural teachers. Knowledge aim helds a dominent position in teaching aims. The urban and rural diferences are not remarkable. The concept of students is not good on the whole.
