天然高分子物质的界面活性对谷氨酸提取过程机理的探讨

摘    要:本文通过对谷氨酸发酵液中天然高分子界面活性的研究,认为天然高分子对谷氨酸的增溶作用是谷氨酸等电结晶收率低的主要原因。超滤可以去除疏水性强且易形成胶团的天然高分子,透过液中的天然高分子对谷氨酸的增溶作用小,从而可以得到高收率和高纯度的谷氨酸晶体。找出了提高发酵产物回收率的理论依据。

Abstract:This paper deals with the interficial activities of natural polymer in gluamate fermentation liquid, the solubilization of naturl polysmer to GA is the main cause of low extraction rate of GA isoelectr icity crytalliza-tion. By ultraf iltration the natural polymer with high hydrophob icity which can form micel shall be eliminated, and the solubilization of natural polymer to GA in osmitic liquid is feeble. The GA crystal with high extraction rate and high purity can obtained. The theory of raising extraction rate of fermentation produt is sought.
