间隙原子在晶体中扩散的新的理论分析方法

摘    要:本文提出间隙原子在晶体材料中扩散的微观过程的新的理论分析方法.这一理论的基础是基于间隙原子在晶体的晶格原子的间隙中运动受到晶格原子的周期势分布的作用这样一个基本现象,导出了扩散原子运动所满足的方程.根据方程解的特性,描述了原子在晶体的晶格原子的间隙中扩散的基本过程,获得了描述间隙原子在晶体中沿晶轴方向扩散的难易程度定量表达式.同时也获得了间隙原子沿着确定晶轴方向扩散的扩散系数D.根据这一关系式所得的结果与实验结果比较接近.

Abstract:In this paper, a new theoretical analysis method for diffusion of interstitial atom in crystal materials has been presented. The foundation of the theory is based on the fact that while moving along a channel of crystal, an interstitial atom experiences the action of a cycle potential of lattice atoms. An equation for the movement of interstitial atom is derived from this hypothesis. Acoding to characteristics of the equation solution, the diffusion processes of interstitial atoms along crystal axis of direction (hkl) have been described. A formula for calculating the openness of a channel in crystal for the diffusion of interstitial atom has been obtained. From the theory a formula for calculating diffusivity has been obtained, too. The calculated results from this theory are close to those of experiments.
