| 摘 要： | 在改革开放和实行社会主义市场经济的新形势下，面对边疆民族地区高校大学生思想的新变化，边疆民族地区高校思想教育的管理工作遇到了新的困难和挑战。文章针对边疆民族地区高校大学生的思想特点，提出了加强高校思想教育管理工作的措施和方法，积极探索边疆民族地区高校思想教育管理工作的创新和发展之路。

| Abstract: | Under the Conditions of the Reform and Opening-up and the Development of a Socialist Market economy,the undergraduates' thinking in frontier minority areas have changed enormously,consequently challenging the management of ideological education.Based on the college students' thinking in these areas,the essay makes suggestions on strengthening the management of the ideological education,aiming to explore the ways to innovate and develop it. |
