| 摘 要： | 针对中央政府与地方政府在环境治理问题上的政策博弈,分别采用完全信息静态、不完全信息静态和完全信息动态进行了博弈分析,得出了中央政府与地方政府的均衡解,并提出了中央政府与地方政府共同治理环境问题的政策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the policy game for environmental governance between central authority and local authority,Static and dynamic game of complete information, static game of incomplete are taken into account respectively for analysis of game. The equilibrium solution between central authority and local authority is gotten. And policy suggestions of the cooperation of the two authorities are given for the environmental governance. |
