“新丰宝”植物生长促进剂对干旱条件下小麦幼苗NR活性和PRO含量的影响

摘    要:本文以2631小麦为材料,研究了干旱条件下“新丰宝”植物生长促进剂浸种的小麦幼苗NR活性和Pro含量的变化。结果表明,用“新丰宝”浸种后的小麦幼苗NR活性和Pro含量都有所提高,叶片水分状况较好。

Abstract:The variations of the activities of nitrate reductase(NR)and the contents of proline(Pro)in wheat seedlings were studied under drought when wheat cultivar 2631 had been used as test plants,and the seeds had been soaked with New Feng Bao.The results showed that both the activity of NR and the content of Pro had been rosed up after the treatment by using New Feng Bao,and water content in the foliage was in better situation as well.
