状态监测系统软件分析精度提高的几点措施

摘    要:监测软件是机械状态监测系统的重要组成部分,提高软件的分析精度十分必要。推导出由于多通道信号循环采集而产生的相位误差的补偿方法;对于因条件的限制无法获取整周期触发信号的情况,提出了非整周期轴心轨迹圆整的概念。监测过程中有时需要将速度或加速度传感器的信号转换成位移或速度信号,为了降低监测系统的成本提出用软件积分代替硬件积分的方法。以上措施在TD800旋转机械状态监测系统中获得了较好的应用,对于提高软件分析精度具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:The software is one of the important parts of the condition monitoring system. It is very necessary to improve the precision of signal analysis. A phase error compensation algorithm is deduced, which is caused by the multi channel cycle sampling. A concept of orbit smoothing is presented under the circumstance that full cycle trigger can not be obtained but non full cycle trigger has to be used. In some monitoring processing, the transition from the signal of velocity or acceleration to that of displacement or velocity is needed. In order to decrease the cost of the monitoring system, a software integrate method was used instead of the hardware integrate. These measures above have well been applied to the rotating machine condition monitoring system TD800, and have certain practical value to improve the software analysis precision.
